  Went through my insurance for service they don’t service my vehicle, which is cool but like you could’ve told me that the same day I made the appointment I’ve been waiting like two days and then you called me last minute, so I don’t even have the time to call a different place and get on somebody’s schedule for tomorrow looking like I’m gonna have to wait the entire weekend. Thanks a lot I guess. Smh I understand the policy and I’m not arguing that but at least be courteous when you already know that you guys are not going to work on my vehicle.

  Absolutely horrible service. No communication from the shop on when my car would be really and extremely POOR customer service. Was told I could pick up my car at 6 pm when dropping off, although the email said it would be ready for pick up between 4 - 5 pm. When I arrived at 6 pm the car had not been touched and no work had been done. I was told “we got busy” and “we fit it in when we can” well then what is the point of an appointment?! No solution provided just- you can have your keys back. No work done and the car sat there all day. The folks working there need to be taught basic customer service and how to kindly address customer issues, without providing attitude. I will ensure I never have to go to this shop again, even if I have to pay out of pocket some place else and not go through insurance .

  Absolutely atrocious experience. Safelite is the definition of disorganized, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to their customers. From day one, there was zero communication. I had to chase them down repeatedly just to get the most basic updates. No one ever reached out proactively. It felt like I was managing the entire process myself while they did… nothing. They also failed to coordinate with my insurance in any meaningful way, which only added more delays and confusion. You’d think a company that does this every day would have that figured out, but apparently not. It took OVER A MONTH just to order a part and attempt to schedule the service. A month of me calling, following up, and basically begging for progress because they clearly weren’t capable of handling it on their own. And then, after all that time wasted, they refused to complete the service,for no valid reason whatsoever. Nothing had changed from the original situation. Same car, same issue, same everything. They just decided not to do the job. To top it off, the on-site staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the inconvenience. No accountability, no urgency, no professionalism. Honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid Safelite at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like your business doesn’t matter.

  Very poor communication and failure to disclose various stages of issues that they deal with. Highly recommend newer cars to avoid this place and to have windshields replaced at the dealership to avoid such hassles of running around multiple times and them not having a clue of what's going on, much less having to do 2 windshield replacements because of their ignorance and negligence. Waste of time. Avoid this place. They'll charge you extra and have you running around with no solution and make you "figure it out" later.

  I left home with 45 min window to my appointment, 1h45 min drive to there, i got a accident on i95 which delayed me 90 min for my appointment when I was parking missing 17 minutes I received a call from this lady Allison that it didn’t let me speak. One word I was trying to tell her that I was parking she was just thinking over and over over me. I asked her if she couldn’t hear me and she said yes, and I said I am parked and she said in the office with all I arrived in the office she said that I had to reschedule my appointment because I was too late again 19 minutes and I couldn’t leave my car because again my house is in construction and I am staying about one hour and 45 minutes far away so I would be waiting for my car and she said they could’ve served my car till 6 PM but her attitude was extremely rude. I just canceled the appointment and decided to look for another company. The store was at 555 E OAKLAND PARK BLVD OAKLAND PARK FL 33334
