They’re unprofessional; they will damage your vehicle so they can have u in a trap, then come back and offer u the 6-month plan without interest so u can pay for their intentional damage. Highly do not suggest working with the following people, speaking from personal experience. CSA: Ryan M. Specially Insp tech: John C. Eng tech: John C. The manager said he will get in contact with me or have HR contact me. And I told him to write it down, or to give me Something to follow on, and guess what. He didn’t. I had to go to another shop the same day and miss work to get another check on my car, which lowkey took 2 hours. Background info: took my car here, left, didn’t even make it to the gas station on their corner before the car started acting up. Then I get some gas and see the car leaking nonstop, which was not leaking at all before I got there. No oil, no water, no steering fluid. And guess what They couldn’t even agree on the issue (for which there’s voice recording with their permission) Some of them are saying different things😔 Save your time and your money. Couldn’t even use my car due to this incident, then a car hit me and this whole entire time. I’m still waiting for HR or for Mr. Potato Head to hit me up (the manager). Keep in mind. When the incident took place, i requested footage of me pulling up to their shop before the car getting check and after getting check. So they can see the leak I was speaking about. And guess what No.
