Because my car needs run-flat tires, they didn’t have the correct ones in stock until the next day, and the price was higher. (Which is understandable and not a reason to leave a bad review even though this alone took 2 hours) I refused and asked them to put my tires back so I could leave. First they agreed, then refused, saying one tire was worn and another “didn’t hold air” (even though it did hold air when I arrived). And said to BUY 2 new standard (non run-flats) tires TEMPORARILY After a long delay trying to reach a manager, they decided to install one free standard (non run-flat) tire, putting the responsibility on me, which I agreed to just leave. Total time wasted: 4 hours exactly What I get in the end: even worse than before. Yes, they gave me free tire, does it work ? no, it is not even temporary, You can’t go on a highway or drive safely as if it blows up the car is ruined Very frustrating and poorly managed experience.
