I showed them the booking and confirmation and they said sorry, we let you book and assume we’ll have cars! They said they would cancel the reservation. 2 days I get a message with a billed stating I didn’t show up so they’re charging me for the rental. Now I have more hassle to dispute this charge. If you like getting ripped off and hassles I definitely suggest booking with this company.

When my wife and I went to get the rental that we prepaid for. They didn’t have it in stock. So I was forced to get an upgrade which cost more. If I would have said to cancel the upgrade I would have been out of $200.00 that would be non refundable. So my car rental ended up costing me an extra $100.00
