Then, they played it off like nothing happened, offering to wipe down my dash when I pointed out. Once I showed them the damage was permanent, they offered me new wipers as a consolation. I declined. Now, they’ve assured me that they would replace my dash with OEM parts but it’s been 5 days with no updates. Avoid at all costs.

Allowed agent to reschedule me for the following Monday for at home service; this was quickly rescheduled by Safelite for Friday after I left the office. Fast forward to Friday, home service tech shows up and the replacement glass is cracked.

The second technician did not completely seal the crack so now it’s expanded and getting worse. I definitely would not recommend this company to repair or replace my windshield. I reached out to my insurance company to guide me on how to proceed, I was given the claims number to call. I did and was offered a company in my area but I refused and opted for SAFELITE because they are who I’m familiar with. I was not disappointed. From the beginning they were courteous, the appointment was conducive to my schedule, the customer service rep was kind and kept in touch with me throughout. The technician was very nice and polite also. I would highly recommend SAFELITE to anyone with auto glass issues.
