He did it quickly, but Ford's complicated electric system took him 2 hours to calibrate. All-in-all, I was very satisfied with the service. The technician was very cordial and professional.

They have 4 other reviews of others that have suffered the same thing. I will be reaching out to them and pursuing other actions. I am also working with local news networks to cover this story. A brand new 65k truck with very few miles and they refuse to rectify the issues. They sent another shop out who saw the damage and they are still refusing to fix my vehicle

Already had someone come out and take pics of damage , now they want me to go sit at the shop for 3 plus hours which is an hour away just for someone else to look at it. Time to get the news involved. And this was through my insurance company so you better bet I will sue my insurance company and they will sue safelite. Wanna keep ignoring the situation and act like it’s not a serious matter , watch all the free publicity your shop gets . But I promise it’s not going to be positive publicity

I kindly asked her to put me on with the manager and she denied my request. I asked to speak to anyone else in the office and she would not allow it. I asked for her name and she claimed it was Alley and her manager would call me back in 2 hours but she does not have to give me her last name. Customer Service is definitely not their strong suit. Especially since im calling for an installation warranty.
