- ZNzack numba13 days ago1.0They will hold your car for hours dropped my car off at 9:30am and it wasn't done untill 8:30pm and they were closing so rushed me to get to my car meanwhile customer service reps said it would be done by 7 at the latest ultimately inconvenienced my whole day and they should be giving out loaner cars or uber credits to the people who have to drop and go on their teslas because it's just a hassle and very inconvenient choose tesla or your manufacturer for windshield replacements!

After my windshield was replaced, the rearview-mirror cover fell off — they had broken the clip and taped it back on without telling me. They also left glass and old molding in my car and damaged my dashboard. For over a month, I dealt with missed appointments, broken replacement parts, technicians blaming each other, and constant run-around from the manager, Lauren. Multiple techs admitted the part was broken and the aftermarket glass was wrong, but nothing was ever fixed. No one from the shop answers the phone or returns calls. I’ve been disrespected, ignored, and left with a damaged car Safelite caused. Save yourself the stress and avoid this location entirely.

I asked him about my SunPass and Parking stickers and he said he’d take care of it. He removed them from the broken windshield and put them on the replacement windshield, neatly and probably more nicely than I could have done it myself. He addressed my concerns about timing of the install, and when I could drive the car. Just a great experience. Much easier than I expected it to be.

Upper windshield wiper plastic valance cowl that drains water Is popping up as I drive and smashes against the hood as you close it. You can not open the hood with out having a second person push the plastic down while closing or it bends the whole hood. I’ll give the company 30 days to offer a pay out or I will file a demand letter that includes diminished value on top of the damage.
