I stopped by a couple days in advance and spoke with them, they were very kind said to bring it in. I made the appointment for the Saturday 1/10/26 for 11am. I arrived for my appointment and couldn’t be seen. Drove an hour to get there and all, and all they said is they are backed up and busy and people didn’t show up to work. Very rude customer service. Completely understanding of shit happens, but from one business owner to another if you can’t pick up the phone to call the people who made appointments to let them. Know so you can reschedule it’s just inconsiderate especially when the reason I’m coming is a mistake on the business. I called customer service; reported the bad experience to them and went to another local shop who took care of me right away under their direction. This shop needs new management and the two Caucasian gentleman that were working in front shouldn’t be. Good customer service goes a long way.

By 1045am, my car was ready to go, with ALL issues fixed (including servicing all 4 brakes) and even got new wiper blades installed. This shop operates in an expeditious manner and professionalism. Great neighborhood shop!
