- PPPorter Prince1 day ago1.0NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS JIFFY LUBE AGAIN! And probably any other one. The first time I went to this Jiffy Lube the service was amazing!! So good I came back a second time with my sister… BIG MISTAKE. Each of us came with our cars for a routine oil change. The young man first came out with my sisters tab… for $800! For a Honda Civic she barely drives. The bill had a long list of things that “needed to be done”. BS! I knew something was up.. then I realized they gave me the wrong bill. It was for a Honda Accord.. Without even apologizing the young men took the paper back and came back with the correct bill.. this time it was $1000! 😭😭 And a longer list smh. I politely declined all the “work” they said the car needed and said I’ll just stick with the oil change. The young man insisted I at least changed the serpentine belt for 100$ (w.out labor) because it had “cracks in it”. I still declined because I knew I could get that done myself. The bill for my car was like $600. I declined it and said I only need an oil change and windshield wipers. Apparently they didn’t like that lol. When it came time to pay we both had online coupons. I guess that made things worse 😂. We got the silent treatment from the two employees helping us the rest of the time. Even when I was paying, the guy just walked up.. took my debit card and gave it back to me with the receipt with no eye contact, no hello, no thank you, no have a nice day.. nothing. We both drove off after the oil change and realized they didn’t even have the courtesy to put the oil change sticker on our windshields… nor did they change my windshield wipers as I requested. They were so done with us once we declined their “offers” lol. BUT, there was one gentleman that was nice and professional the whole time. He directed our cars into the garage. Greeted us with a smile on our way in and out.. but the rest of them seemed poised off we didn’t fall for their scam. Phase 2 lol: I decided to get a second opinion on the serpentine belt just to be safe. So I took the car down to my cousin who used to be a Honda mechanic in Miami. He looked at the belt and said there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG IT! NOT ONE CRACK! But we changed it anyway just to be safe. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS JIFFY LUBE AGAIN! And probably any other one.

Went in not knowing what to expect for a full synthetic oil change: Jeremiah E. was ground level & very responsive during the process. I stayed inside my vehicle as they worked under the hood. Roger K. was below deck & I had no interaction, but heard him calling out results of his observations & process as well. Got that oil change done in no time, no muss, no fuss. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube site!

They went above and beyond with my truck. I was sat in a very comfortable waiting area. And they went to work very fast. They did a detail inspection, had to check the miles ( the sticker was gone ) and looked at my tires differential and much more. I was treated absolutely amazing. But my truck was loved on even more. Found out some future necessary things to do. That will keep her for years to come. In total I live by FIU Sweetwater but I will keep coming back it's well worth it. Especially for the service, treatment, and positive attention and work done to my truck . Thank you from the heart to Issac, Eric, and a shout out to Samuel super sweet guy. They did not have the filter for diesel, but after a couple of phone calls, they obtain one within the hour. I had a new filter and a new oils and a very decent price so I would highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on Commercial Blvd., Fort Lauderdale but I’m sure the others would give the same type of service and I’m happy to post a five star rating for the experience that I had and they apologize for the delay, but they made it happen. I am pleased So it’s nice to be able to post a very good experience
