And beware all that have to do this by law, they will lie about what needs to be done to get their device in your car because once they do it is almost impossible to change and they won’t help. Trust me. The management called and made multiple bad things right, but change needs to happen within the organization to prevent these things mentioned from occurring. Because of good leadership, I’m going to move my one star to a three .
