  Rental counter is inside Fort Lauderdale Miami Airport for quick walk from terminal to rentals. Line can get long for regular rentals after flights land but there are several kiosk available for quicker service. Exotic Rentals has its own counter so you actually have your own representative to take you in the garage to your rental. Our rental agent was Zach who was very attentive and professional but friendly and shared our excitement for our experience and vacation. Beautiful car for drive down to Key West for a few days for much needed vacation. Upon returning to drop-off area we were met by Jonel, Manager onsite who was one of the most professional polite and helpful young man that we have ever encountered over many years of renting from Enterprise. He made sure we had precise directions to our terminal for our flight. These young men need to be the example for all employees to strive to be like. Thank You again Jonel and Zach.

  I had a reservation for an exotic rental, but when I arrived there was no one at the exotic rental desk. I waited in the regular line for about 10 minutes. When I reached the counter, the agent initially could not find my reservation and later realized it was for an exotic vehicle. The agent then advised me to move to the exotic desk and called the person who handles exotic rentals. It took about a minute for him to arrive, and I want to note that he was professional once he showed up. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of availability. The exotic car options were extremely limited, and even when I offered to pay more for an upgrade, I was told there were no other vehicles available. If there is a dedicated exotic rental service, there should be consistent staffing at that desk and clearer communication. Otherwise, it creates confusion, unnecessary waiting, and unmet expectations for customers paying a premium.
