(Compact) felt every bump in the road but it got us to our destination. If you’re cruising I suggest you find somewhere else to rent from. Staff is friendly and they will gladly sell you all of the add ons. I have insurance for a reason. Easy to find from our hotel.

We waited THREE HOURS for a car — three hours of absolute chaos, incompetence, and blatant disrespect for everyone standing there. No communication. No urgency. No apology. Just employees moving at a snail’s pace while customers were visibly furious and trapped. This wasn’t a delay — it was a masterclass in how to waste people’s time and still somehow act like it’s normal. Enterprise clearly overbooks, understaffs, and then leaves customers to suffer the consequences while pretending it’s not their problem. Plans were ruined. Time was stolen. Patience was obliterated. Do not rent from this Enterprise location. If you value your time even a little, go literally anywhere else. I would rather Uber, walk barefoot, or cancel my entire trip than ever deal with this circus again. Enterprise should be embarrassed to put their name on this operation. Absolute trash from start to finish.

We took an Uber from the cruise port to here. It took only a few minutes of the drive. They have the car ready but the location is pretty short-handed. We still spent almost 45 minutes before we could drive our rental car out of the lot. Overall, the service is slow but the agent is friendly and provides details of the rental. The car we looked at is available without waiting. The office and waiting area are clean with restrooms available.

It’s almost 1:00pm and i haven’t got the car yet and they keep telling me when my turn comes, they call my name. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I’m here for vacation for 3 days only & I wasted half my day waiting for the rental car. Don’t waste your time getting a car from here. Worst experience!
