The agency had two people checking out cars and the same two checking them in. One agent was doing reservation check ins. Several employees sat in the rear of the office. You’d think with 30+ customers waiting they would have been all hands on deck. No one seemed to have a sense of urgency. Cruise ships come and go every weekend. Why isn’t the business prepared for the volume of customers.

The lady behind the desk was efficient with check in, so I’m not sure where the hang ups were.

Many people came and then canceled their Reservation and left. It was a zoo. The workers handled the situation very professionally. However, I now know that you can not count on getting your rental car at Enterprise.

I had a great experience with the woman that checked me in (can't remember her name) and Sierra that helped me when I turned in my vehicle. She was so attentive and even drove me across the street to help me unload my stuff. She is very endearing and made a positive impression. As a hiring manager myself, it's been tremendously difficult to find exceptional talent and it's always good to see examples of this in the workplace!
