    Literally every person working at this enterprise is amazing. They’re all so kind and helpful and do a great job. I come here regularly to rent a car because I don’t have one (I’m local). And they really are amazing. Thank you guys!!! Stephanie Demic

    It was a totally warm reception and pleasant encounter with the staff that I interacted with at the Ft. Lauderdale location, especially Latesha. It was late getting there and close to end of business day but the staff was warm, receptive and very accommodating. It was definitely a pleasure for me along with the fact that I later enjoyed the rental car. I will definitely be returning for my next rental.

The location was conveniently just eight minutes from the cruise port, which made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. The office itself was clean, well-organized, and very inviting. The entire transaction was seamless, and I received the exact car I had reserved — no surprises, no delays. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. A special thank you to Latisha , who truly went above and beyond. She made sure everything was handled correctly and even followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. I will definitely be booking all of my future rentals from this location. Highly recommend!

    I’ve rented many times from this location and they are very nice. Cars are always clean when I receive them. They always have lots of variety with the cars and no airport fee.
