  Had a great experience at this location today! Evan was SUPER helpful, quick, knowledgeable and got me a great rate on a great car. Great customer service from start to finish: there was also a young lady there (forget her name) who was also amazing. I’ve had really bad experiences at some rental places down here, but Enterprise and Evan have earned my business going forward. 100% recommend this Enterprise location and all the employees there! 5 stars all the way!

  We rented a SUV for a Good Price $149.00 for 4 Days when we got to Florida and everything went smooth! Then we went on a Cruise and I told them we would be back to rent another car for a week and they jacked up the price to $1,100 so I still reserved the Car! We Uber to Enterprise on 1311 E. Federal Highway and they had NO cars even though I reserved one! BAD BUSINESS! NOT using Enterprise ever again! Criminals!!! We walked down the Street to Hertz on Federal Highway and got a Brand New Ram 2500 Pick Up Truck with 600 miles on it for $863.00 The men were Professional and The manager hooked us up with this great price after we told them our story!

  I like enterprise rental cars but the agent was not nice and did not know how bad the advance check-in works.

  The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth and efficient. Although I encountered a few issues involving the insurance company and my reservation, Evan was consistently willing to assist and provided exceptional customer service throughout the experience!!
