I was told 10 days after my car was not being covered by my insurance through enterprise that I then had a balance of $400. With no notification from them or my insurance. Whenever I return my car, the agent said no worries ma'am we're gonna figure out what happened and why you didn't get any messages or phone calls, my manager Francisco is out of town and he will call you to resolve this when he gets back. A week and a half later, I never got a phone call from Francisco and they charged my account anyways without my authorization or approval. Then Francisco lied and said that he had called me back and when I told him that I would check my phone records through my phone company. He changed his story. He refused to help me refuse to resolve the issue and told me tough luck. They stole from me. I will be pursuing legal action do not do business with this place.

They make you feel like they are doing you a favor renting to you. Customer is just an annoyance to them. Upon returning car today the manager made up for the poor customer service of his assistant. So our advice is only deal with the manager at this location.

Once I arrived they didn’t have a mini van and I was charged for an upgrade. I shouldn’t have been charged for that upgrade since it wasn’t my fault. I’ve been calling customer service since August 8, 2025. No one has reached out to me. I’ve called a lot. Very unprofessional the customer service staff and the staff at the location. I’m trying not to be a return customer
