Courtesy, kindness, and professionalism at its core: from the renting process on December 18th through the return process on January 3rd, we truly enjoyed the experience. Thanks to Ricardo, now a manager at a different location, to Max Francois, Assistant Branch Manager, to Belijah Bastien, they made the process easy and fast. No pressure! Only problem is that the location of the office is in the REAR of the car dealership! But once you are there, they WILL take good care of you! We will be back for sure and I do recommend this Enterprise location to all of you! Happy New Year!!!

All I was left with was an apology and, “I understand your frustration.” I called corporate and received the same response no guarantees, just that they’re “trying,” while I’m left stranded and unsure of what to do.
