    I have used Enterprise a few times before, and their customer service is always amazing. This time, I rented from the Ft Lauderdale Intl Airport location, the easy check in allow to just show the reservation to the staff, who pointed me to the available cards and I picked the one that better suited me. Drove around the area easy, and brought it back, and the drop off process was super simple and the staff just confirmed and I was ready to board my place. They made this trip stress free, which I appreciate it since the flight was delayed so many times, and they did not add to the stress I was going under. Thank you and I will definitely use Enterprise. Finally, they have the best rates!

    I have been a loyal National customer for decades and, knowing Enterprise owns National, I occasionally book directly with Enterprise as well. It is a first class organization. What stands out consistently is the quality of their people. Companies do not deliver this level of service by accident. They must be treating their employees well because every interaction I have had has been exceptional. Most recently at FLL, when we returned our vehicle, the gentleman handling the check in was genuinely friendly, professional, and engaged. He took the time to acknowledge our long history as customers and, without being prompted, applied a small discount as a gesture of appreciation. It was not about the dollar amount. It was about the thoughtfulness. In a world where doing the bare minimum has increasingly become the standard, that kind of discretionary effort stands out. Enterprise and National continue to earn my loyalty not just through product, but through people who clearly take pride in what they do.

    Tip for all car rentals at FLL: Leave extra time to get to/from the car rental if you're in Terminals 2, 3, or 4 during a busy travel day. Terminal 1 is the only one that you can walk easily from. When we were there, there were very long lines for the shuttle and we had to wait about 25 minutes for transportation. That's not a fault of the rental agency, but an important note if you're cutting it close. For Enterprise, we had an exceptional experience. We filled out all the paperwork online and skipped the line straight to pick up a car. There was no wait, even during the busy travel day, and we selected a car of our choice that was clean and in great condition. It took less than 10 minutes to grab the car and get on the road. The return team was equally efficient and had us checked in quickly and on our way. Everyone we interacted with was professional and pleasant. Each car rental experience rests so heavily on the particular team at each airport and this team was great from start to finish.

    I reserved a Nissan Rouge and paid extra for navigation as well as many other options. When I arrived, I was told that they were out of the Rogues and offered me a Ford. I declined stating that I ordered a Rogue and wanted a rogue. I was told that they had the option to give me a similar vehicle and that the ppl ahead of me chose to take the last Rogue that was ready. I asked them to find what I ordered. Luckily, they had another one. I asked them if there was something I wasn’t seeing for navigation as the option was not available in the car. They came back with a Tom Tom. Yup , you read that correctly. A Tom Tom. I guess they hadn’t heard that this isn’t the 1990’s. The Tom Tom did not work. The amount was taken off of my bill but that didn’t solve my navigation problem. The car itself drove nicely. Would I use Enterprise again. I’m going to say NO.

    This is the 3rd time in the last 4 years that I have rented from Enterprise from the Fort Lauderdale Airport location. In all 3 instances when I arrived to pick up a vehicle, I have been told that there wasn’t a car available that I had reserved. I was compensated for the down grade, but if you issue a confirmation you should provide the services agreed too. This last rental on 13 February 2026 was particularly disappointing. After reserving a mid sized vehicle, and trying to pick it up, I was told that my only options would be a sub compact, a 15 passenger bus or wait until the morning for a turn in. There were numerous other people standing there in the same bad situation as I was, but what made it worse for them was that they had families with young kids. Being retired military, I have grown accustomed to being disappointed by support personnel so I accepted the sub compact so I wouldn’t have to delay my vacation. While walking to the sub car another larger car suddenly showed up and we were allowed to take it instead. It was a new car but smelled like weed, but it beat trying jam into a sub compact car. To the attendants credit we were discounted $30 for the inconvenience after the turn in. I primarily identified the smell to the attendants so I wouldn’t get charged a cleaning fee after I walked away from the turn in. This is probably going to be the 3rd strike for Enterprise.
