Ian was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He first ran some diagnostics to check my car’s battery, then he worked with Bryan to find the best replacement option for me. Ian then removed the old battery and put in the new one and I was on my merry way! Both employees were knowledgeable and kind making my experience simple and stress free. They even helped me to reset the alerts on my dash board. Overall, this was a very smooth experience and I highly recommend this location and the efficient team that work here!

- SLSir Smooth LoveNov 12, 20254.0Went into replace windshield wipers for front and rear and to get a replacement headlight bulb. I brought in my car registration so that I could get the year right on the make and model of the vehicle Female representative called for next customer I explained to her that I would like to use the restroom if they had one available to the public she asked me if I was going to buy anything I said of course I told her what I needed she asked me if she could borrow my registration and told me that I could go to the bathroom while she get everything ready for me she told me that I would not count as general public but customer since I am going to buy something. The AutoZone female representative assisting me had everything ready for me once I came out of the restroom told me if I could give her a couple moments she would like to check the rear wiper to see if it is a good fit I let that representative know that I had bought about two or three other replacement rear blades from Amazon and other retail and none of them quite fit.. The female representative also checked to make sure that I installed the headlight bulb replacement correctly as well as the front windshield wipers I expressed that I really appreciate it all of her help and tried to give a gracious tip and the representative told me if I wanted to tip her I should go and put in a review for the store it would be much more appreciated than money. Fantastic customer service and customer handling skills
