  This location is conveniently located and the staff is super helpful. Carlos B was able to help me locate the right part I needed to fix my oil pan, but also went above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot a viable repair in the meantime to keep me on the road. Great team here

  I stopped into AutoZone this past Saturday around 8am because my car was starting strangely, and Ian provided absolutely outstanding service. He immediately came around the counter, plugged in the diagnostic reader, and patiently walked me through what was going on. Even though he was the only employee in the store and helping multiple customers, he remained calm, professional, and incredibly compassionate. After running the diagnostic, he came back outside to test the battery and determined it was going bad. He even took the time to look up my purchase history to check if it was still under warranty — thankfully it was! He handled the exchange seamlessly and made what could have been a stressful situation so easy. His attitude was pleasant, patient, and genuinely kind the entire time. Ian is truly a great asset to the store, and his customer service skills are exceptional. If every business had employees like him, life’s little car hiccups would be so much easier to deal with. Thank you, Ian, for all your help — you’re definitely one of the best!

  I just visited the store. There was some kind of regional manager at the counter that really needs to work on his people skills If someone should be customer oriented it would be him. Google said they should have in stock. He had trouble confirming the address of the store and then he said bluntly it needs to be ordered without even offering to check if another store might have it customer service zero this guy needs To be fired

  This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with Auto Zone and keeps me being a loyal customer. Michael D and the manager Carlos absolutely caring and passionate people who helped me fix my battery issue. It’s not about the product Auto Zone sells because the product I can choose to go anywhere else, but it’s the customer service and the caring, friendly service I always receive. Keep up the good work !
