  Estuve realizando el cambio de los limpiaparabrisas y me ofrecieron un excelente servicio. Glen y Lizzy se encargaron de instalarlo. A Lizzy se le rompió unas de sus uñas pero la instalación quedó perfecta. Sorry Lizzy.

  This review is detailing the poor service from Lizzy but glorifying the exceptional work from David Scott: On April 2, 2026, we went to our local AutoZone with used windshield wipers in hand. We asked the first available to person, Lizzy, to please help us find replacements. Lizzy took us to the wiper aisle and, after inspecting our wipers, she mentioned we needed [a certain size]. Additionally, she told us we should get windshield wiper fluid. We didn't need any of her "should"s but she continued pushing product on us. While at the register with Lizzy, I asked if she could please look up the car to make sure. We gave her all of our accurate information to which she said, "Yes. You need this one. And right here we have the fuel injector sale right here. You should get." She rung us up and then I went outside to install them. We had an unusually difficult time installing them. It's not like me to give up, but we walked back into AutoZone with these wipers that apparently did not fit. Lizzy was adamant about the new wipers being the correct size but she was wrong. She sold us incorrect parts while forcing sales on us - sales we didn't want or need. It was at that point when I saw David Scott, an employee who has never been incorrect with us in the past. I spoke with him. He looked at our old wipers, then he looked at the wipers Lizzy sold us. He immediately knew. "These are the wrong size. You need [size]." We handed Lizzy the boxes from the newly opened incorrect wiper blades but she left that mess for David Scott to clean. I had shared with Lizzy that David Scott has been the best every single time we have visited AutoZone. I was done talking with her but when I looked around, David Scott was gone. He was already outside installing the blades he knew would fit. Not only that, he issued an almost $90 refund for the wrong blades and gave the correct ones to us as a courtesy. We didn't ask for any of this but David Scott took matters into his own hands and made the customer happy. He is ALWAYS #1 in customer service and this day was no exception. If you should visit this AutoZone, ask for David Scott. He will make sure you have the right parts and that your transaction is smooth and easy. Thank you, David, for helping us and making things right.

  I had Really bad experience at this location, I bought a battery over a year ago still under warranty cost me nearly $270 and they denied to replaced it, they claim that the terminals on the battery are dirty that's why it's having issues, but when you put a jump start the car starts with no problem...they relay only in their test because it's say's 100%, but that doesn't mean that the cranking amps could be 100%...they don't have a multimeter to test this...the battery can be faulty even if it's showing 100%, Never buying a battery for them ever again...

  Great experience! Steff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. She was amazing :) very friendly, patient, and really knew what she was doing. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone!
