  Just got an oil change here and the service was so good. They topped off my windshield fluid and fixed a bunch of other things and now my car is running and sounds better than I’ve ever heard it.

  Crew and management were more than welcoming. They gave clear and simple instructions while providing caring services. I was in and out in the blink of an eye. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a good price and great service!

  Service was great and fast. Pricing was high and hidden. I was given choice of 3 packages. Chose one for $114. Bill was $147. So be sure to ask TOTAL out the door price before work is done!!!

  Justin and the team were Amazing! They had a great energy as soon as I walked in. They were as kind in person as they were over the phone. They were able to fix my motor mount in about 2 hrs probably faster but I left for a while. Justin was absolutely great! If you get him he was awesome! He noticed my mount was off when I got my oil change and when I came this time to have it fixed he was great. He took the time to explain to me the part and that another one I had was going out some and probably will need to get fixed if I hear it making sounds again. Overall the whole crew was awesome and this experience has probably been one of my best in Fleming when it's came to auto issues. They really are great at time, customer service, and taking the time to go above and beyond. As someone who isn't the best with car issues, it's nice to know I can rely on jiffy lube for some big issues and my regular oil changes in Fleming 😊 THANKS A MILLIONS GUYS!!!!

  This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had with a business. I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for a simple Oil change, expecting professional care and basic accountability. Instead, my car was returned with damage that was not there when I dropped it off. Discovering that alone was upsetting, but what followed made the situation even worse. Less than 24 hours after getting my car serviced, my radiator and engine were no longer operable. When I raised the issue to the Jiffy Lube General Manager, I expected a company that values its customers to at least show concern and work toward a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The response I received lacked the level of responsibility, professionalism, and customer care that should come with handling someone else’s property. Leaving your car with a service provider requires trust. You assume the business will treat your vehicle with care and stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, that trust was not respected. For anyone considering using this facility, I strongly recommend documenting your vehicle thoroughly before service—take clear photos and inspect everything before leaving the lot. I wish I had taken these precautions beforehand. Keep driving past this location, and try your luck with another one. I no longer have a running vehicle.
