  I previously had my brakes & rotors replace @ Goodyear on wells rd.I paid well over 2,000 I kept complaining about noise when I brake but,never would they solve my problem they kept telling me the brakes & rotors wasn’t the problem they gave me top of line equipment,I later came to Goodyear in Fleming Island the 1st time they told the front brakes & rotors were worn out change them but then made them mismatch I came back complaining I still hear noise spoke with David Heidebrink,he change them out made them match and solve my problem he definitely deserves his Manger position @ Goodyear Fleming Island

  I recently had two tires replaced that I ordered through Amazon, 3-year alignment program, and an oil change. The oil change was fine, but I’m very disappointed with the rest. The alignment was poorly done, my steering still pulls right and the car drifts left when centered. The wheels were not properly balanced, even after they checked and tried to fix it. I had to get it done correctly at another shop. It’s extra money even I paid almost $400. On top of that, they left oil stains, broke a wheel central cap and forgot to put the valve cap back on. The service might be good, but the tech Colby didn’t do a proper job that day... I regret coming here. They sold me the 3-year alignment program. I’ll try visit a different Goodyear location next time…

  Was very pleased with the service and help from Craig Barnhurst. Very nice to not feel ripped off when getting work on my car.

  David Phillips (service manager) was professional and informative. The facility was clean and organized.
