  This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had with a business. I brought my vehicle to Jiffy Lube for a simple Oil change, expecting professional care and basic accountability. Instead, my car was returned with damage that was not there when I dropped it off. Discovering that alone was upsetting, but what followed made the situation even worse. Less than 24 hours after getting my car serviced, my radiator and engine were no longer operable. When I raised the issue to the Jiffy Lube General Manager, I expected a company that values its customers to at least show concern and work toward a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The response I received lacked the level of responsibility, professionalism, and customer care that should come with handling someone else’s property. Leaving your car with a service provider requires trust. You assume the business will treat your vehicle with care and stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, that trust was not respected. For anyone considering using this facility, I strongly recommend documenting your vehicle thoroughly before service—take clear photos and inspect everything before leaving the lot. I wish I had taken these precautions beforehand. Keep driving past this location, and try your luck with another one. I no longer have a running vehicle.

  The manager at this establishment, Manager Robert Bozeman, absolute professional. At first I was hesitant to come here, because I haven’t heard great things. But Robert Bozeman was working the counter, I expressed my hesitation and he assured me I made a good choice coming here. He personally did my oil change, tire rotation, and made some suggestions about future work that I need done, which I appreciated. It’s not often you see the manger go from behind the counter to under the truck, I felt very taken care of, for that, 5 stars.

  I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! Robert was fantastic while servicing my car. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated how helpful and attentive he was throughout the whole process. It’s always nice to feel confident that your car is being taken care of by someone who truly cares about good customer service. Thanks again, Robert!

  I recently had an oil change and used a coupon code. Unfortunately, it didn’t work, and I was too hesitant to try another. Later, I completed the purchase and discovered the working code. I asked the person to apply it, but he informed me that he couldn’t provide a refund. He admitted that he knew there was a coupon code every month but didn’t inform me beforehand. This poor customer service experience has left me with no intention of returning to this establishment.

  I had a genuinely great experience at Jiffy Lube. The team was professional, efficient, and straightforward from start to finish. They took care of everything I came in for without trying to push unnecessary services or upsell anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The technicians were respectful, communicated clearly about what they were doing, and got me in and out quickly. It’s not often you leave an auto service shop feeling confident and not pressured, but these guys handled it perfectly. I’ll definitely be back.
