- JBjack bobeckNov 17, 20253.0They must be hiring lots of new people, we went in for an oil change and the guy had no idea how to add 1 quart of oil beyond the basic 5 quarts, so we stood there waiting for the manager to show him and when he did, the guy lost all our information and had to key in back in. He did redeem himself later with a sticker for the change mileage as well as great service for the receipt. The slowness and the fact that we had to come back because they did not reset the TIRE PRESSURE in the vehicle. So we had to come back and the guys had to figure it out. Seems a checklist would be helpful. But $158 for an oil change, next time will go to Wal-mart. They have special to get you in the door, but european cars are MORE expensive and you never learn this until they tell you at the front desk.
