  I appreciate William and his transparency regarding one of my older company vehicles. He gave me great information and direction on where to possibly start to get some of the extra mechanical issues repaired as well as a clear break and tire analysis and diagnosis.

  I recently experienced a flat tire on relatively new tires. Those tires were not purchased here, but James and the crew fixed my tire for free! And, they did this repair less than an hour before closing time on the Saturday before Easter. I was back on the road and didn’t have to wait until Monday after the holiday. They are amazing! I will be bringing my car here for future service work and I will definitely buy my next set of tires here.

  Went to this place received four new tires and front brake pads replaced on a Tuesday. I worked from home so I did not drive my vehicle until Friday. I drove 100 miles and my car locked up. I pulled into a Pep Boys and they discovered that whoever did my brake pads did not tighten my caliber bolts. My right brake caliber was laying in my tire rim grinding, thank God for Pep Boys. They took care of everything for me. Did not charge me anything at all and got me back on the road. They said I’m very lucky that I wasn’t involved in an accident. I didn’t contacted Mavis about the situation and they offered to pay for the rim, but I do not feel comfortable with anyone from that company working on my vehicle so I asked them for a refund for the service that I received for my brakes that was not done properly and they denied my request for a refund so I will no longer be using Mavis for any vehicle repairs or service.

  Mavis Tires and brakes in Flagler Beach was absolutely terrific and helping me through a real challenging problem. It was traveling from Orlando to Saint Augustine when both of my front tires went out. They discovered the source was an inner regularity in the front end and fixed and replaced both tires and enabled me to get back to Orlando where I could get a power steering rack problem, discovered by Mavis, repaired. It was really grateful for all their assistance and help. They did a marvelous job.

  the crew here was amazing, brought a lifted truck in to get re aligned after another store could not get it right. they got me right in and did a thorough inspection of the suspension and the mechanic did the adjustments on the alignment and then explained what the other shop had missed, they also did a free rotation on my tires since the fronts had wear from bad alignment. the truck now drives like new. would recommend these guys and the service they provide, they were not pushing with trying to sell extras either. found my new tire and alignment shop.
