  We got a flat on I95 we were able to get the spare on and Mavis was the closest tire shop. So happy we went there. Nice staff and they were able to patch my tire….fast and efficiently which was such a relief! Thank you Mavis for making a bad situation so much better.

  Overall, it was a good experience at this Mavis Tires and Brakes. It did cost more than I was expecting or wanting to pay. Over $800 for two tires and the rear brakes. The following is my review. I needed new front tires on my vehicle. I was planning to go to a different service shop, but my GPS showed this place was closer. Decided to come here because I also needed new rear brakes. I'd never been to this location. With no appointment, I walked through the door around 8:45 am and explained what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to sell me high-end tires or quote me for premium brake pads. They seemed to want was best for me and not their bottom line. There's not much of a waiting room. They do have a high table with 3 permanent chairs and outlets on top for your device charging needs. Nothing to drink other than water fountains. But there are some chairs and two single-stall bathrooms. A small strip mall with a Publix and some restaurants is a short walk away. They had plenty of staff to work the 8-bays. The place was pretty clean overall, including the bathrooms. I didn't care for the fact that they have a locking door with only a hand dryer and not paper towels. (This isn't the forum to discuss the nastiness of bathroom door handles.) Update: While waiting, they called a customer up. The customer had a nail in their tire and they patched it up. While taking his key, the customer asked how much he owed. The employee shook his head and said, "nothing." When questioned why, the employee replied, "because we're nice like that." I don't have any background on the situation. Perhaps the client had purchased his tires from here and had the lifetime warranty. If that wasn't the case, I thought that was a great gesture. That client will be back - perhaps they just made a lifelong customer with that short interaction.

  Buyer Beware- We were quoted one price and then when we went to pay it was $150 more. They adjusted the price back to what we were quoted but then added in a "supplies fee" that should be included in the quote.

  Tuesday December 16, 2025. Came into Mavis Tires & Brakes today with a tire that had a nail in it. Didn't have an appointment. Justin took care of me right away. In 30 minutes I was on my way again. Thanks so very much for fixing the problem. You guys are the greatest. ☆☆☆☆☆.

  The entire staff was very knowledgeable and respectful. After an unexpected accident they were able to help me replace my rims & get 2 new tires in a matter of hours! The guys and the front desk & the guys in the garage were great at explaining the situation and why certain repairs were crucial and offered me cost effective solutions. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me with my truck and I will definitely be returning for regular maintenance.
