  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I scheduled a pickup for 1:00 PM, but when I arrived exactly at 1:00, the staff was already locking the doors. It makes no sense that the system would allow a booking at that time if the location closes at 1:00. That alone is incredibly frustrating and misleading. When they did let me in, both team members were visibly annoyed and made it clear they didn’t want to help. The interaction felt rushed and unprofessional from the start. I was then told that Apple Pay was not accepted and that I needed a physical card—something that was repeated to me multiple times in a condescending tone. At one point, I had to say “I heard you,” after which the employee threw his hands up and said ok just making sure. To make matters worse, they continued locking up the store while I was still trying to figure out my options. I was told they wanted to leave because they “get off at 1,” which again raises the question—why allow a 1:00 PM reservation? Because of this situation, I had no time to secure another rental and was forced to book a $600 flight just to get home. This experience was disorganized, poorly managed, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  You can reserve a car, get confirmation, and then get a call (on Saturday) three hours before your pickup only for them to tell you they have no cars available and have a 25 person waiting list. Ask me how I know.

  I returned the car after just keeping it overnight because my wife was given a loaner for her car service so we did not need the rental car. They were extremely nice and charged me a minimum amount of money for keeping the Rental car overnight instead of insisting that I pay for the three days that I originally reserved the car. They only review for Fernandina Beach Enterprise Rent a car that I saw was an unfavorable one so I wanted to make sure I posted that they did a very good job for me and I was treated very fairly -I would recommend them
