I left my car with a tire having a slow air leak, assuming a nail or something like that, but could not be sure. I have been to tire places where this would have prompted at least trying to upsell me on a new tire etc...not here 🙂 Not only did they expertly fix the tire, they also balanced all tires and checked my battery...my invoice was "No Charge"! This was so unexpected and refreshing - and truly appreciated! If you need anything tire related please give them a try. They will have my business in the future for sure!
- ECErica Crews6 days ago5.0Tire kingdom at this location was amazing! I am not from Florida and had to find somewhere close due to running over a HUGE bolt. I walked into tire kingdom and spoke with Nathan and he immediately looked at my tire and got my car back to have it looked at. Nathan sat down and went over everything that they did and made sure I knew that the hole was very big from the bolt and the extent of what happens to the tirewhen a bolt that big punctures a tire and that it was a possibility that the patch wouldnt hold due to the size of the hole and to keep an eye on the pressure of my tire. He didn’t charge me for the patch which was extremely kind.

They seem to have a respectable level of honesty compared to other local shops. However, without fail, they take FOREVER. I minimized my order to an oil change and made an appointment. 3 hours and 15 minutes later, they’re still looking at it. Appointments don’t matter here. They’ll put you in the queue, as if you were a walk-in, and get to you when they get to you. It’s always like this. Just be aware of what you’re getting yourself into. There probably isn’t a better option. But you’ll lose at least a half day thanks to these jokers.
