No time was given and I was given an option for “after hours dropoff.” Two weeks later, I see a charge from enterprise(I’m assuming thinking I wouldn’t notice) for -$20. I called and she said she had been trying to reach out to the insurance company so she “wouldn’t have to charge me” I let her know I would’ve had the car back if I had known there was a exact time to return the car on the 16th but instead they tried to keep my security deposit and charge me extra money.

The female working the counter was rude, I asked to speak to the manager about her behavior and she said she was the manager?!! Just wow! How you can let someone with that kind of attitude run a business like that is beyond me. I will drive to Jacksonville just to avoid renting a car from this location.
