- TGTasha G.4 days ago5.0I was in a car accident so my insurance company called and they set up an appointment with enterprise for a rental as soon as the appointment was made by my insurance company I received a called and quick text from enterprise and they said that my appointment was set up for a Monday at 8 am., confirming the location and time. On Monday morning I came to enterprise was greeted with kindness and sympathy for my car accident and proceeded to check me in the process was quick and easy for me the young lady was efficient and she explained to me about the $50 deposit, the length of time the rental was for, we walked out side went over final details sign and drove away. In a clean , not smelly car, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT JOB ENTERPRISE

I've been renting cars for Enterprise Rent-A-Car for well over two decades throughout my military career and my private sector civilian career. If I had spoken with any of my clients or customers the way he did me over the phone disciplinary action or termination immediately!!! We canceled our reservations at this location plus, I will post on every social media platform about my horrible experience with your employee Jeremiah experience at 6205 S US Hwy 17 92, Fern Park, FL 32730. Please retain your employee on how to treat customers!!!
