Pete was incredibly friendly and kind, even though it was around 8:30 p.m. and they closed at 9. He took his time to test my battery, explain that one of the cells had gone bad, and then checked to see if it was still under warranty. To my surprise, it was — and Pete replaced it for free! I honestly expected just a partial credit since there were about 10 months left on the warranty, but instead it was fully covered. That absolutely made my night and reminded me how valuable getting the warranty really is. Pete went above and beyond — he tested the car again after installing the new battery, explained the cause of the issue, and shared tips on preventing corrosion and maintaining battery life. He was patient, polite, and very thorough in explaining every step of the process. What really impressed me was that the next morning, I even received a follow-up call to check if my car and battery were working okay. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Pete, for your kindness and professionalism you truly turned a stressful situation into a great experience!
