SUV was ready (got to pick from 3), had all the bells and whistles, drove beautifully, and roomy enough for teenagers to travel in comfort AND do their homework. Dropped off after hours and left an important document behind. Got there a few minutes prior to opening, explained what I had left, and they opened the vehicle immediately for me to retrieve. I love their service and they are always pleasant to work with.

The agent really did not seem very concerned and just had a blank stare on his face. How can you be able to book a car over the phone to an Enterprise Call center, give them all your information, then get to the car rental location and be told there were NO CARS to rent??? I will not rent from this company again. I can’t know if I would get a car when I got there or not!! I need 100% confirmation that when I book a rent car, I GET A RENT CAR. Awful and not dependable.
