- ACAmari ChanJan 1, 20261.0My husband went in today and he speaks broken English, first language is Spanish. But nothing a Google translator and a picture of the item he needs can’t fix. For starters, My husband went in greeting an older man who works here saying “hello how are you” in English and the older man didn’t greet back, just ignores him. Then my husband proceeded to show a picture of what he needed and he just sent him to the back instead of going to go and help him, another women who works there was able to help him and actually helped look for the item. But the older man had no type of customer service and my husband felt like he just got shooed away. it’s not a good feeling when you’re looked down upon for not knowing English well but my husband tried his hardest and everything felt racially motivated.
