- ASAngelo SetaroDec 6, 20251.0I went into the store yesterday to have my battery checked out and tested and charged. I gave the battery to someone named Jose and he said he would call me when the battery is done. After not hearing from him for 24 hours, I went back to the store and asked for my battery. The person in the front said he did not have a power sport battery at all. I could tell by his tone that he thought I was lying and trying to get a free battery. I tried to tell him over and over again that I dropped off my battery and you guys lost it. Therefore, you should replace it. He was being argumentative with me and told me that there is no power sport battery in that I must’ve dropped it off At AutoZone. I said I did not. I dropped it off here and please check the cameras. He responded that there are no cameras in the store. At this point, I was visibly upset that they lost my expensive new battery that I just bought from Seminole power sports. Just upon walking out, I noticed the battery was under the register and I said that is my battery right there. He looked at it and said is that your name and I said yes that’s my battery that you told me you didn’t have. He then tested it quick and it was never even charged. Jose just stuck it under the register and did not even put it on a charge. Moral of the story is this place is very dysfunctional. They treat people bad and made me feel unwelcome. I think it’s better to visit a competitor who values customer service and doesn’t lose your stuff, I recommend going to O’Reillys or AutoZone

A couple of weeks ago I stopped by and met two employees, David and Derek, and they went out of their way to help me out as I was preparing for a long road trip.
