I let her know I’d be arriving around 7:55 PM to pick up an online order with three items, mentioning that one might be in the back, and I didn’t want to inconvenience her right before closing. Unfortunately, I mistakenly went to the wrong location near Hwy 19 by McDonald’s and downtown Eustis. Realizing my error, I called back at 7:59 PM, and Alexis answered with incredible kindness, assuring me that if I could get there soon, she’d keep the store open to help me out for the work week ahead. I arrived at 8:05 PM, and Alexis greeted me at the door with a warm smile, showing no frustration despite the late hour on a Sunday evening. Her exceptional customer service and positive attitude made all the difference. Thank you, Alexis, for going above and beyond!
