- DDDavid DotyMar 17, 20264.0Update: within one day they were Amir to get me in the luxury car I had reserved. Customer service is fast and friendly. Sophia is the best. Not sure why they accepted my reservation for a luxury car. When I showed up 20 minutes after making the reservation, there were no luxury cars. I guess they just use the ol' bait and switch to get people in the door, then give them whatever they happen to have on the lot. I'm very disappointed in the process and lack of follow up.

I mentioned I’ve gotten everything out of the car. I remembered my garage door opener and then she said, “did you get your toll pass?”I said no! It’s still in the car. Thank you so much for reminding me. She is very pleasant and made me feel joyful and happy. Thank you for the excellent service!!
