I brought my car to Valvoline for a simple oil change and coolant service. (I paid $234 for the service, and they ended up damaging my vehicle. During the process, they broke a part of the car which caused water to mix with the oil, creating a serious engine problem that did NOT exist before they worked on it. After causing the damage, they basically washed their hands of the situation. They told me I could not drive the car in that condition, so I had to pay for a tow truck out of my own pocket to remove it from their location. On top of that, while I was dealing with the frustration and unexpected expense, several employees were laughing about the situation. A complete lack of professionalism and respect. It has been 2–3 days and no one has contacted me. They have not offered a solution, have not refunded the $234 I paid for a service that ended up damaging my car, and have taken no responsibility whatsoever. Be very careful bringing your vehicle here. What was supposed to be basic maintenance turned into a serious mechanical issue and additional expenses. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

We got our radiator flushed and our tires rotated. It was awesome and we didn’t even get out of the car. Never had anything like it before highly recommend it.
