The technician failed to tighten the engine splash shield after replacing it, causing it to fly off on I-75, which then ripped off the wheel molding. This caused multiple areas of damage to the vehicle. Edited - this company flat out lied as well. The entire incident is on video, which proves they did not properly replace the clips. The manager of this location lied and stated that my husband viewed the video, and agreed with him. My husband did not say a word to the manager. We are filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, as well as a licensing complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture.

But also I could see the situation going on . Once I got in and out within 15 minutes no pressure on up selling just asked if I wanted. Also please tip these mechanics. They work hourly and any extra can help
