  My daughter goes to school at Florida Gulf Coast University and she had an appointment at Naples Audi for an oil change and a tire rotation this morning since she was traveling a long distance home for Thanksgiving. After a 3 hour wait she got her car back. She left the dealership and discovered that her car had an SOS Emergency warning that only the dealer could fix. She returned to the dealership for them to fix the SOS Emergency warning. When she left the second time it was evident that the tires had NOT been balanced as the car was pulling to the left AND she had a vibration in her seat. We did NOT want her to go back to Naples Audi. She had heard good things about this Tire Choice Auto Service Center from some of her friends so she went straight there. When she arrived at Tire Choice she felt understandably helpless and was very upset and frustrated. The gentleman assured her that they would take care of her car. They drove her car and agreed that something was very wrong. They worked on her car, provided her a place to buy hub spacers (as two were broke) and even referred her to a trusted individual that would put the hub spacers on her car. They made her feel like family, turned her frustrating day around and got her back on the road. This mom can't thank Tire Choice Auto Service Center ENOUGH!

  It’s not often that people can say they enjoy getting their tires serviced, but I can easily say I love going to this Tire Choice! Gabe and his entire staff are the BEST around. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. They truly care about their customers and trust us like gold. I recommend them to everyone I meet.

  We were driving to Bocadilla to take out our jet ski after a really bad week and our tire on our trailer pooped. The bearings went bad. We showed up here and and the manager and the whole crew took in right away even though they said there was a 2 hour wait. Took care of it right away and excellent service and friendly. This will be our go to place for everything. Amazing they saved our day!

  Well, the experience started out less than good. I pulled into the nearest store and it was locked up and dark. So my 7:30 AM appointment was not going to work. I called the next store down the street and the manager, Gabe, jumped right in to help me. He gave me directions to their store and fit me into their schedule. So in a few hours, I was out with some new tires. Gabe and his team turned a -5 star review to a 5 starreview!

  Booked appointment for 1pm. Show up to location, they cant find my appointment. Show confirmation email, get told its going to be an hour. I have no transportation so I kill time in the nearby shopping plaza. I show back up at 2pm, and they haven't started my car. I am told 40 minutes extra but I just gotta understand how busy they are. I come back at 2:45pm, and am told its going to be a minimum of 30 minutes extra and they need to go over if they even have my tire in stock. If only that had been communicated the first time and someone who works there had been aware of "how busy they are" when quoting time. A phone call letting me know it's going to take longer goes a long way towards proper expectations. Thankfully the run down patio chair that acts as a waiting area is in the shade.
