  I made an online 8:30 AM appointment. Upon my arrival, the service desk told me it would be less than one hour. It took 2 1/2 hours from the time I arrived to the time I was out, for a simple oil change. I waited one and a half hours after arrival to ask if the oil change has been complete. Their reply was, we were out of your oil filter and it would be sometime before the filter would arrive. Please do not trust their website nor their customer service. Poor communication.

  Very pleasant crew every time and not just some of the time. From the minute you walk in, I’m greeted with a smile to the minute you leave. Gabe (manager) is very professional in explaining the service. He is always cheerful and professional and it show in the friendliness in his crew as well

  Tire Choice at Grand Oaks has been terrific whenever I’ve needed work done on my car Today was another issue they took care of in under an hour! Great customer service! Highly recommend !!

  I had a tire patched after finding a screw in it. I dropped off the wheel and tire at the svc center so only labor was actually breaking down the tire and installing the plug. Good news, Ralph at the counter could not have been more pleasant. He assisted me with both drop off and pick up. He was personable, knowledgeable and courteous. The work was completed in a couple of hours and he called me when work was complete and the tire was repaired correctly. Bad news. Upon arrival I was surprised to receive a bill for almost $40. I'd hate to think what they would charge if they had to remove the tire from the vehicle. I suspect they would say "we do that for free", but tying up a lift and a tech for that time is normally the bulk of the cost. I'll admit this could be a location ( SW FL) thing. I worked in a shop in upstate NY and would typically charge 25 bucks for the same work. A regular customer even less. Too bad we wind up at 3 stars. I'd have gone 5 if I didn't feel as though I had been taken advantage of.

  Professional scam artist. Don’t bring your vehicle here unless you want to be taken advantage of. brought my truck in to get aligned and retorqued down. Called me told me my truck was ready , when i arrived they charged me 230 when the price over the phone they gave me was 130. Didn’t torque anything down so i went back in and the dude gave me attitude when i told him then puts my truck on the lift for 10 mins didn’t touch it then they work on it for maybe 5 maximum 10 mins, i over heard the dude say charge him for an hour and tried to charge me 210 to torque down 4 bolts. Absolute scam artist . dude at the desk should be ashamed of himself and how he handles business. if you do bring your vehicle here i recommend to bring your own lube …
