I’ve never been here and I had to go here for a flat tire, the service was very fast and updates were continuously given. The staff was very friendly and helpful, William was the one who assisted me today. The prices are affordable and I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged or scammed.

Would not recommend!!
Got scammed by the mechanic William out of $1,200 and my car was still broken!
Here’s my experience at this tires choice. A month ago my car had a freak malfunction on the highway where by Automatic Breaking System light came on the dash and my car started accelerating sporadically and breaking slowly. I carefully drove it home and the next day booked my appointment to take it in to get looked at.
The mechanic at this location, William suggested after just a few minutes that I needed new breaks and a new master cylinder. Me being someone who doesn’t know much about cars, needs a car for daily travel, and was stressed out about the dangers of having a car with bad breaks. I went along with his suggestion trusting him as a professional.
A day later, I go pick up my car and it’s driving just the same, but the light is off the dash so I assume he fixed whatever it was. I paid my $1,200 bill for the car and went on my way. NOT EVEN, a week later my car does the exact same thing it did while I was on the highway again.
I call the shop to bring it back in and they agree to see me first thing. It was this time around that he hooked by car up to the computer system. (Which should ALWAYS be the first step in running a diagnostic on a car) And found out that the reason I’m having problems with my ABS is because I had a faulty sensor in my front right wheel NOT anything as serious as having bad breaks or needing a whole new Master cylinder.
Mind you, fixing a sensor and putting in a master cylinder is a $1000 difference. As a young woman I couldn’t help but feel taken advantage of for a sale and dismissed when I brought it back seeing as how I was no longer in the financial place to spend more money on my car not trusting it was going to be done right.
Seeing as how the semester was ending and I would be traveling back home for winter break. I just said that I would wait till I could bring my car into my family’s mechanic to get looked at. BACK HOME THEY ACTUALLY FIXED MY CAR AND NOT JUST TAKE MY MONEY!
PSA to all my fellow college students who need to get work done on your car. First off DO NOT take it here and second off make sure the mechanic can show you exactly what’s wrong with your car before you pay for it. I wish I did would’ve saved me $1000+ and a heck of a lot of stress.

!!!ALERT – MECHANICS FRAUD AT THIS LOCATION!!!
Beware of this Tire Choice Auto Service Center located at 20331 Grande Oaks Shoppes Blvd. Estero, FL 33928
IN SHORT – Someone came to your location asking for help, a young lady who obviously knew nothing about her vehicle and was scared, and your people took advantage of her. What a bunch of losers y’all are; you should be ashamed of yourselves – ALL OF YOU!
As a parent of a student attending FGCU we had a vehicle emergency and were scammed. It should have been a simple speed sensor replacement, but my daughter was taken advantage of to the tune of over $1,200 without even fixing the problem.
Whomever “William” is should be fired immediately for selling a young lady an absolute thorough inspection, just taking her money and putting her in danger. Can only imagine how many retired older men and women in that area he has also scare scammed.
All the dash lights were going off due to a faulty speed sensor (Which this location also replaced a few months previously) so the ABS was not allowing the vehicle to proceed actively without pause, vehicle was very sluggish, all because 1 sensor was nonresponsive, and the 3 others were full speed. Easy enough fix, replace the sensor at no charge! But wait, she was scared scammed into an all-new master cylinder and brakes pads all around. No mention of the sensor, and most definitely no replacement free of charge. Daughter picked up the vehicle when ready, drove it and all dash lights were back on before she made the dorms. Car lagged again, ABS lights were on, and it was barely drivable once again. They wanted her to schedule another appointment to bring it back so they could “dig deeper” and with class finals she did not return. Carefully she drove it back home for the Holidays so we could correct the problem locally.
All this has now been fixed correctly by a trusted mechanic.
4.5 FAKE STARTS - DO NOT GO HERE!!!
