They got my car fixed much faster than I ever would have expected and they were so professional with every interaction. When I dropped my car off, I was going to walk home but when they heard that was my plan, they insisted that I let them take me home so I didn’t have to walk in the heat. Seriously great customer service and I will forever recommend this place to anyone needing vehicle repairs. Also the original quote they gave me was very close to the actual price after it was all said and done 👌. To top it off, my car looks even better than before the accident. Great work!

Luckily insurance covered damages and a rental, which I didn’t even need very long thanks to Brenna Franco at Gerber Collision and Glass Estero who worked her magic and fixed my car in the same day. The stars definitely aligned for this to happen and I am extremely grateful! Sunil at the desk was also very welcoming and funny stating, “we didn’t even have time to miss you.” I also think the puzzle in the waiting area is a nice touch. Overall my experience was pretty incredible. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do they would be my top choice.
