I mentioned I’ve gotten everything out of the car. I remembered my garage door opener and then she said, “did you get your toll pass?”I said no! It’s still in the car. Thank you so much for reminding me. She is very pleasant and made me feel joyful and happy. Thank you for the excellent service!!
- HWH WFeb 17, 20265.0Car had to go to the auto shop and the guys at this rental location kept us updated about the reservation and even upgraded the rental car to the same level as mine that was in the shop and informed us to tell the insurance company to up the daily rate. They also dropped off and picked up the rental at the auto shop without us even asking for the service. Overall really great experience and customer service!
