  Rented a premium car. Car has 40,000 miles on it stinks of a coolant leak and has transmission issues and the tires are noisy and thumping and Still has previous renters dirty napkins in side pockets. Absolutely worst car rental experience ever! Tried to return to airport and learned that only airport rentals are low mileage newer cars. City rentals especially insurance deals only get high mileage low grade vehicles. Airport could switch out but would be a low grade high mileage car also only not premium. I was paying extra over and above what my insurance company was paying to be able to drive a car as nice as my personal vehicle while it’s in the shop! I will never rent from enterprise again!!! Edit Ra# 1FDYC9 You can look into it all you want. We spent 2 hours calling enterprise corporate, enterprise road side assistance two local offices including the Estero office we rented from and drove to the airport to rectify the situation within 30 minutes of renting this car. Now I’m told I have to wait until who knows when for them to call me with an exchange. I’ll be calling my insurance company and my credit card company tomorrow unless refunded the overage I paid for this car as well as a days rental to my insurance company.

  Enterprise Car Rental Estero Location I’ve had multiple experiences renting from the Estero Enterprise location, and every visit has been excellent. The team is always professional, efficient, and accommodating, especially during times when my personal vehicle has been in the shop for extended periods. I want to specifically commend Branch Manager Jailyn Mays, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free process. His professionalism, communication, and genuine customer care make all the difference. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable service and quality rentals.

  My rental picked up a screw in the front tire. I was able to immediately drop it off at another Enterprise that was nearby, where they quickly switched out the car for me. No hassle of any kind . Just courteous service!

  The Estero location is poorly managed. I have too many displeasures to list them all. However, I will share one. When I arrived at the location the manager had left this new employee to run the location by himself. Even though there were cars available at this location, the manager, over the phone, said he could not give me one of those and made me wait while someone went somewhere else to get me a car. During my wait I saw multiple customers come in who had confirmed reservations yet they did not have the car they reserved.
