  Terrible dealership. Never fixed the vehicle like they said they did. Won’t return calls or address the issues that were supposed to be taken care of at the time of the sale. My attorney will be contacting them next! Don’t recommended this dealership at all.

  Tom was a decent salesperson and they didn’t add a lot of BS dealer prep fees to jack up the price which is why I bought a used BMW X3 M40i from them. On the other hand, they weren’t very flexible on the price, and refused to throw in any freebies. The only way we were able to get to yes was my idea that they let me put $13k on my cc wo any fee, so I’d get $450 cash back. Tom didn’t go “above and beyond” in any way. Then again, he wasn’t slimy like many of the other used car salesmen that I had to deal with. This is why I’m giving him and this dealership an above average rating

  Brian Klein and all the members of the service team are outstanding! They are honest about the repairs needed, and are timely with the completion of the vehicle. I buy my vehicles at Coconut Point Ford because their service department is unbeatable

  This review goes out to Jim Stamper (my #1 service advisor) and Chelsea Davis (the most supportive saleswoman I have EVER met!) I have been coming to Jim for a couple years now as a college student that lives thousands of miles from home and my parents. He always finds a way to calm me down, make me smile, and help me figure out what the next best steps are when it comes to any of my car troubles. This fall, my car fishy had to be “flushed” down the toilet😭😂 that is when I met Chelsea Davis!!! As a college girl who has never bought a car from a dealership, Chelsea was the most patient, supportive, and helpful saleswomen. I’m so lucky, because I have never had to go to one before! But Jim was right, she really is an angel. She was VERY accommodating to me as a FGCU student far away from home with a sick parent. She explained the whole process in simple terms, supported me when I got stressed out of anxious, and had the patience of an angel. Even after we completed the purchase of the car, Chelsea has made me feel like I have someone to go to if I need anything. Jim and Chelsea got me through one of the toughest weeks I’ve had in a while and got me an amazing deal on a beautiful 2021 Ford EcoSport with only 18,000 miles on it! It is the nicest car I’ve had, and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Ask for Jim and Chelsea!

  I just want to post how disappointed I am with the dealership. I was misled by a sales lady by the name of Jessica. I was told I was going be given an estimate for my car once it was seen I hadn’t fully made up my mind if I wanted a specific vehicle, but when I got to the dealership, they had already had the paperwork for a car that I wasn’t 100% sure about and wouldn’t even give me an estimate. They stated that it had already been settled. They lied they were deceitful. They trapped me and took almost an $18,000 car that I don’t even want. I tried to speak to the management on this. I went to the GM named Steve. He called me back after three days. He was kind to chat with me on the phone. Nothing was resolved then I started having problems immediately with my tires. I had to go get a patch in one of the tires and it still continues to come on low tire pressure I’ve reached out to the dealership and the GM with no return phone calls. Do not get your vehicles here. They are very unprofessional. They lie they trap you very poor customer service the sales lady that sold me the car once she got me in the dealership and got my signatures. I never saw her again. She never showed me how to work the new vehicle with all the features All the way around very upset never been treated so badly in the dealership setting ever and all of my years of buying a car and now I’m stuck trying to reach out to the owner of the dealership. No one would give me any information. Beware!
