My 2025 F350 was missing 4 Cab mount nuts from the factory and I had to pay for parts and labor to have them installed. The truck is 9 months old and they said I should have found it within 3 months

Went to Coconut Ford for an oil change on my F250 while I was staying in the area. One of the better service department experiences ive had. Nice people and they got me in and out quickly.

Car repairs are the worst. Jim Stamper turned my transmission problem into a great experience. He got me in quickly, gave me a ride to the meeting I thought I might miss, connected me with a rental car through the dealership, communicated with me throughout the process, and the repair was very well done. I will return to Coconut Point Ford without hesitation. Great job!

Brian and the crew were the BEST! It was Christmas Eve morning and I was out running a few last-minute errands. One of the things I wanted to get done over the holiday break was to have my rear brakes replaced, but I had no idea when I’d be able to fit it in. I happened to call Coconut Point Ford’s Quick Lane when I was finishing up my errands, just to get an idea of the cost so I could plan ahead for the next few weeks. Thankfully, Brian told me I had enough time to come in that morning and they could get the work done before Christmas Day! It felt like a gift in itself to have it taken care of right away so I didn’t have to worry about it over the holidays. Brian and the crew were so prompt and accurate with the estimate, too. Thanks for all your great work! Happy 2026!!

Looking back after servicing vehicles at Coconut Point for the last 6 years, I’ve realized how much I’ve been taken advantage of. CP has prided themselves in finding ways to avoid addressing problems at the customers expense. BEWARE!! CP has avoided fixing problems they are responsible for and later stating they are out of warranty. The vehicle has been in for the same problem several times under the initial 3yr 36k. CP damaged my aluminums rims while putting new tires of the vehicle. They wanted to continuously replace tires, blaming it on rotation when it was really the front suspension needed repair! Ironically, when they brought up rotation I explained I’ve been taking the vehicle through their QuickLane for oil changes religiously for almost 90k miles and always ask to check the rotation. After 90k miles I was finally told, they don’t rotate dually tires at the quick lane! The rear air went out and they denied the evaporator under Fords Extended Service Plan because it was “dirty”. Yet, there is no maintenance program for it, nor is there a serviceable filter. The list goes on and on! When I asked to speak to the GM I was told they don’t have one and the service manager Brian was aware of everything. Also tried charging $550 to replace a fuel door that cost around $150 for the part and 10 minutes worth of labor, even if a “book hour” was charged……this is way over priced! TERRIBLE all the way around. I caution anyone considering doing business with them.
