  Coconut Point Ford’s online services scheduling was a breeze and for my timing perfect, unlike the other Ford dealer in Fort Myers that said, online, that they had no availability for 105 days to replace a battery, reset BMS & recall software download. The representatives were all friendly and helpful. Waiting room was comfortable. Service was quick and price was reasonable. I will definitely return to Coconut Point Ford if service is needed and will suggest them to others.

  The sales lady Chelsea was extremely helpful and had everything that I was going to request ready. Financing was easy and since I have only owned Ford for the last 10-15 years and when I was younger I was glad to get another one from Coconut Point Ford. Great business!

  I recently purchased a GMC 2500 HD from Coconut Point Ford, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Tom was absolutely wonderful from start to finish—he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. As a woman buying a vehicle on my own, I’ll admit I was a little nervous about the process and worried about being taken advantage of financially without my husband there. But Tom immediately put me at ease. He was honest, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. I truly felt respected and confident in my purchase, which means so much.   Have had my ‘13 Shelby Mustang GT500 serviced through Coconut Ford since we moved down here in ‘20. The staff have gone beyond what I ever expected in the way of good customer service. My latest Advisor; Steve Heinking, takes very good care of me. Instead of the usual rush through with kwik-lube, his top rated mechanic, Anthony, who specializes in my particular car, takes great sound to make sure every thing is working correctly when the car comes in for the oil service and makes sure to tell me if there are areas of concern. That alone gives me peace of mind which one will not usually get with a “run of the mill” oil change and go over of a highly sensitive and technical sports car. That alone will have me continue to bring this car in for service to Coconut Pt. Ford through Steve and have Anthony look after my needs.bam blessed to have this relationship.
