  While staying in this area for a month we had an issue come up with our vehicle. Not knowing the area, I found JSN and decided to take a chance. Boy was I impressed. They managed to get me in quickly and had the problem diagnosed in no time. Apparently some critter, palm rat, had chewed on the wiring. The problem was fixed and I was back on the road fast. They even gave me some suggestions to make sure it doesn’t happen again. The final bill was more than fair, much less than I was expecting. Thank you JSN Bill Mund

  Thanks for getting my 2011 Lexus GX460 up and going again. Along with all the supporting photos, this allowed me to get my money back from the previous shop. You will be seeing more of my vehicles in the future, in addition to my family's vehicles. Keep up the good work and you all will be the biggest name in town!

  This maybe a long review but I have a lot of positive things to say about “Chris”. We purchased a 2013 Mercedes 550E, used but very new to us! We took a trip to Tampa and on our return we blew a tire on 75, needless to say not a good place to have this happen! It was 10:30 at night, long story we limped it off an exit in Bradenton and had to call an uber to get home, no spare! Next day I went to see Chris with a lot of concerns of how I was going to get my car towed and fixed. He told me not to worry at all, he would have a tow company tow it and he would get it fixed! Seemed pretty cut and dry but…….it was far from the truth. Chris called me later that day telling me the car was at the shop and he recommended that I replace all 4 tires, which I agreed to and at a very fair price I may add. Then Chris called again…….”tires are ordered” but……the car has a very large oil leak and a smell of gas! My heart sank….he explained it was leaking oil from the oil cooler and the gas smell was coming from a stress crack in the fuel pump. He calmed me down and told me not to worry he could fix everything! They called back with a price for getting it back to perfect and I couldn’t have been more impressed it was much better than I thought it would be. It took a few days to get everything fixed and when I picked it up it was like a new car! Chris goes above and beyond to make customers comfortable when things seem impossible! I highly highly recommend JSN in Englewood, ask for Chris you will not be disappointed! Thank you for all your help! Roger&Sherry Williams

  Great experience at JSN! We have a 16 year old van that needed an oil change but it looked like there might be some complications requiring a new oil pan. JSN was prepared with several options in the event this occurred but it turned out that it wasn't needed. We really appreciated the level of communication and discussion around our options if the pan needed replacement. In the end we only needed a gasket added to the oil plug. Anyway, we loved JSN and appreciated their integrity and thoughtful care and preparation if things hadn't turned out for the best. Several weeks before our oil saga, we needed the catalytic converter on our exhaust replaced and while they said they could do the whole system, they instead recommended a place in Port Charlotte that could cut out and weld in what was needed. Their recommendation saved us a lot of money! We would highly recommend JSN. Dominick and Chris are super!
