We were downgraded from what we rented and then had the alternator stop working leaving us stuck on the highway. Had to get a tow to a hotel for the night then when we called enterprise the next morning we were told that they have no vehicles for us. And none of there other locations have answered the phone I’ve spent about 1 1/2 hours on hold. They quickly scheduled a tow truck to come and take back there vehicle though………. But as for us they didn’t seem to care
- JBJason BergDec 7, 20251.0I rent from them all the time just using my bank card several months at a time Did a reservation through Travelocity like always to rent a van for the holidays for one month to go to family for Christmas Went to pick up van they say I need a credit card I always use my bank card an they take more of a deposit but I get it back when I return it and I always use Travelocity. I go to pick up the car. They tell me I need a credit card . I called Travelocity. Tell them the situation enterprise and Travelocity both refused to give me the $1400 back and take my money with out giving me the van after it was paid in full Nothing they can do. They dint even have the van when I went to pick it up wanted me to use a different ride nope I need 7 seater it’s Christmas time I lost $1400. Enterprise doesn’t wanna help blame Travelocity blaming enterprise Travelocity doesn’t wanna help I rented vehicles through them months after months this year using my bank card. Im at a lost it’s not right how can u steal $1400 from me an not give me what I paid for an still take the $1400 how can I use my bank card an rent cars for months at a time now i need a credit card an I brought the rental cars back in better condition than I got the rental car way cleaner full tank of gas some time i even wax it why go through them if you don’t honor them-they both are a joke an scammers
