  Excellent service. Clear, honest communications regarding my repair. The technical knowledge is present from the front desk to the technicians. As a former Subaru Technicians, I highly recommend them for their honesty, technical expertise in complex diesel systems and fast quality repair. My turn around time was two days, that's impressive in todays standards. Thank you, Eric and your hole team for and Excellent Experience with your Company.

  1st time using Emery's. I will be back!. They have great customer service policy and staff. The guys and girls at the front desk are all great. The Service techs are very knowledgeable. I purchased a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler from a dealership. I admit I missed some things I should not have, but also had an issue that was not disclosed in the Carfax on work the dealership had stated they completed. I was not getting any response from the dealership and thought I would see if it could be corrected locally. I chose Emery's by word of mouth and their old style advertisement. Billboards and bench's! Love it! They gave me a quote to look over the entire vehicle and address the ESC warning I was getting. Other that the ESC alarm and 1 fluid flush / change the said the Jeep was in good condition. When they went to correct the issue causing the ESC warning they called me and said they could not do it because the adjustment was seized up. They did reset it and said it was fine to drive but eventually would need corrected. They gave me a quote to replace the seized components. I sent the report they gave me to dealership I purchased it from and did give them a bad Google review, assuming that would be the end of it. In the mean time the ESC came back on and when I called Emery's they said bring it back in and would look at it again. They said they just needed to do a process again because they did the wheel centering process first and then could not complete the alignment and that was likely the issue. No charge and said if it happened again to let them know. Since then, the dealership picked up the Jeep took it back and corrected the root cause pointed out by Emery's. All that to say, this Jeep will always go back to Emery's if it ever needs anything I can't do! I've already made an appointment for suggested fluid flush / change.

  Resolved fuel pump issue immediately for my work truck. 2 other shops could not even pinpoint the problem. The folks at Emery were kind, professional and most importantly quick. Highly recommended them!

  I had left a good review the first repair I had done there I have since taken it down I need to leave this review to help others. So my first repair I had done was I kept losing antifreeze so I had them look at it and came up with my intake had a rust hole in it and would cost 1500.00 to fix it so I did so and got it back in a couple days since picked it up it has had a rough idle so o ask them to look at it and see what could be the cause of it. Well they call me and say it needed a throttle body so I say ok fix it at another 600.00 dollars got it back and it still ran rough at an idle told me it also needed a fuel part and it be another 200.00 and i said I’d put up with the rough idle so save up some money cause now I feel they are just grabbing at my wallet. So I fixed the fuel problem they say was another problem and it still runs rough so I take it back this morning and got a call now it’s the cam position sensor were does this all end only brought it in for a coolant leak and since then it’s been a down hill and expensive roller coaster. So that’s my story and I’ll never go back there and will never recommend them to anyone.
