- JBJulie Brown1 day ago2.0There prices are comparable to Auto Zone and O'Riely's although the availability they say they are open until 8pm is an out right lie. This is the third day in a row that I have showed up close to closing time in order to exchange a battery for a larger one and they have had the door locked well before 8pm and so the first night they were closed I went next door to Auto Zone and purchased the correct battery. Now I'm just trying to return the battery that I purchased on a order of $1,000 last Friday and the 2nd and 3rd day that I came to the store, same thing again both times, doors locked before 8pm and they wouldn't answer me knocking on the door nor would they answer the phone. So, I will be bypassing Advanced Auto next time I need parts because good customer service also includes being available during open hours that are listed on their door.

The good part, they covered the battery under warranty since if was only 10 months old. The disappointing part, they were unable to install the battery at the store and I had to take it to a local shop and was charged $58 for labor to install. I watched the battery get installed previously, it didn't seem very difficult. It seems like an arranged deal. Still, I didn't have the tools at the time and I needed my battery replaced. Mission accomplished.
