She takes time to ask if I need help with anything and if I was able to find what I was looking for. She is always busy cleaning and making sure the coffee is hot and fresh and there is hot food ready for those who want it. I love going to this particular place because I know I’m always going to be made to feel welcome and I know I’ll get great service.

- RGRicardo GonzalezMar 27, 20261.0Hello—I’m stopping by to let you know that I was ripped off at this Pilot station in the most brazen manner imaginable. I was fueling up my car at 1:36 a.m.; I left the engine running and started filling my gas tank. I happened to glance at the fuel gauge and noticed that the needle wasn't moving, even though I had already been pumping for a little while. I pulled the nozzle out of the tank and realized that the pump was charging me, but no gas was actually flowing through the nozzle. I went to confront the two employees who were working at that hour; they became visibly nervous—especially after I told them I was going to call the police. This incident occurred on March 16, 2026, at 1:36 a.m. Please be careful, and look for alternative places to refuel—specifically gas stations that are reputable and trustworthy. I have videos and receipts proving what happened; if anyone is interested, I can send them to you. Best regards.
