A couple of the spinning brushes have been down for a while now. The vertical brushes at the end are down also They just drag over my car. Parking at my job is very dusty so I have clean and dusty streaks. Both the staff person inside and the customer service person have said that a maintenance ticket is in. It's been at least two months. Everyone is kind. Everyone is sorry. But I'm not getting what I'm paying for.
