  Take 5s customer service is TERRIBLE. I am so disappointed. I am being charged double for a membership and trying to get a refund. I have now been double charged 2 months in a row. I have called customer care probably 5-7 times. They saw they will send me a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. I have yet to receive any email. I call their customer service line and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes the call is disconnected. I am extremely frustrated with their customer service support and unfortunately will no longer be a member here because of this. The car wash itself is great the vacuums sometimes don’t work the best but the workers are great at the actual building. Having better customer support would make this a fantastic business.

  Friendly workers but the wash itself is awful. My cars came out worse than before entering. I gave it 3 tries but I’m moving on

  Got $19 car wash for my grand Jeep Cherokee, and the back of the truck still had lots of dirt that I could wipe off with my hand. I asked an employee (James) about it and after looking at me with a blank expression, he asked me if I am a member. I asked him what that had to do with anything and he then asked which wash I got! I replied that I got one that I expected to clean my car, and then I asked what THAT had to do with anything! He then told me that the window cleaner and microfiber towel would take it off (then why bother with a wash?!?) James returned to the office and I decided this was my last trip to Take 5. Gage then came by and asked how I was doing and I replied that I’d be better if the car wash had cleaned my car! He immediately apologized (yay!) and offered to move the cone nearby and have my jeep go through the wash again (second yay!). Great customer service! I thanked him for the apology, and for the offer to re-clean (which I declined); a lot can be learned from this young gentleman. That was all that I needed- acknowledgement, apology, offer to correct- not an …implication that because I wasn’t a member, or didn’t purchase a $40 wash that it was somehow my fault that a car wash didn’t wash my car!! Still my last trip to take 5.

  I stopped by Take 5 Car Wash and had an awesome experience! My truck came out looking spotless they did an excellent job getting it shining again. James and Gage were both super friendly and professional, making sure everything was just right before I left. Great customer service and attention to detail all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Take 5 has been great. Ive been coming here for a long time. I recently upgraded to their basic monthly unlimited wash subscription. I truly feel the cost of the car wash comes with a lot of value. Today, I had a special experience when one of their employees named Nate, he came up to me as I was using their free vacuums and asked how the wash was. He saw I had some water spots that I mentioned were from my sprinkler system at home. Nate generously said that he would let me go again and get me the ultimate wash free! Super awesome wash and I really appreciate great customer service. Thank you Nate! Ps thank you for the take 5 air freshener. It smells great!
