    The worst! I rent from this location 3 to 4 times per year and every time, every single time, I use the windshield washer once or twice and the washer fluid runs out. I tell them about it and they assure me it won't happen again but it happens every single time. Such a minor but annoying detail and I have to take time out of my day, stop and get washer fluid. Oh there's no use trying to call them, you cannot speak directly to anyone at the rental counter, they claim to have no phone and the general Enterprise phone number is useless! Do not rent from here! Followup: I finally had time and an internet connection to contact Enterprise through their website. Online chat seemed to be the only option to "talk" to someone. First person I chatted with passed me on to someone else. After about 15 minutes, "someone will get back to me in a few days". Come on, Enterprise! Delay, delay, delay. Thankfully I return the car tomorrow. If you rent from here, be prepared to find your own washer fluid and take the time to fill it yourself.

    I never check reviews before I book anything, but for some reason this time I did. Luckily I did, this was the smoothest and easiest time I've had renting a car. Enterprise at VPS lives up to the 5 star reviews they have
