  Had a great experience with Alamo rental car at Fort Walton Beach/Destin Airport - everything was smooth from pickup to drop-off. The process was quick, hassle-free, and the staff was friendly. The car was clean and ready to go, and returning it was just as easy. Overall, very efficient and stress-free service.

  I reserved a luxury class vehicle with Alamo — the category that lists Audi A4, BMW 3‑Series, or similar. Instead, I was given a BMW 2‑Series, which is a compact economy-class car dressed up with a BMW badge. It’s significantly smaller, less comfortable, and absolutely not comparable to the A4/3‑Series class I paid for. The car felt more like a small sport compact than a luxury sedan. This was a clear downgrade from what was advertised, and it left a bad impression. If Alamo wants to offer 2‑Series vehicles, they should not be marketed as “luxury” equivalents. Staff was polite, but the vehicle substitution was misleading and disappointing.

  Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by the personnel. They were very genial and helpful. The vehicle return was smooth. I appreciated the free upgrade a lot. Highly recommend Alamo and will definitely use them in the future.
