I'm 76 and have worked retail and customer service for many years. I can't remember any time that I've had such a good customer service experience. I have used AutoZone for all my parts for many, many years. I always buy the AutoZone brand lifetime warranty parts AND HERE IS WHY: I had used your web site to bring in a picture of the fuel pump. Jason found the part number on my phone and looked it up in his system. Then he noticed it had a lifetime warranty so he looked up my phone number and found out it was still active, AND in stock! Many service reps would have been happy to just sell me a new pump, but your man Jason is the reason I've always shopped with y'all. He had to look through 2 different phone numbers and finally found the warranty at entry 40 of 52 under the second number by checking each entry individually. Jason's customer service sets the standard that all of your employees should emulate. In all my years of serving and being served as a customer I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Also, your company is great because you honor your word, AND YOUR WARRANTY. You can count on my business for a few more years at least.
