- STSandy T5 days ago2.0I came to Joe Hudson’s because I was an ex A&E customer and found they had sold to Joe Hudson. The work on my car took around 30 days a year ago. They did guarantee their work, so all was well. So I thought… I had to go back as the right front bumper had come loose. No problem, they were going to pop it back in. The bumper would not line up. They stated they would have to get back with the insurance company and ask for initial funds as the bumper they had put on my vehicle was not factory bought from Buick. My vehicle was brought back to them in August to fix this and it is now November. I am still waiting to hear from the service tech to bring my vehicle back in for the reinstall. I may not ever get this resolved but I can guarantee I won’t ever bring my vehicle back for any unrelated service and I definitely will not recommend them. FYI—I would have been ok with it taking 3 months for this new bumper if only I had been given at least 1 phone call explaining what was taking so long to get back with me.

Had to have the car moved somewhere else yesterday. The first week they claimed that they called several times and left several messages for me to sign the release paper. That’s funny. I didn’t get any messages or voicemails.. I had one sole call Which was the day the towing company came to pick my vehicle up and take it to their shop. To which I texted back and asked if I needed to be in office to sign anything and they replied no. Only to find out a week later, the secretary claimed she had called me several times and left several voicemails, but that’s funny because I never had any missed calls or voicemails on my phone. Basically she didn’t do her job and then lied about it. However, once paperwork was signed, they had my car another full week and never even looked at it because their lift was “tied up”.. So you mean to tell me you’re a major collision center for top insurance companies and you only have one lift? Yeah, no thank you!
