They did guarantee their work, so all was well. So I thought… I had to go back as the right front bumper had come loose. No problem, they were going to pop it back in. The bumper would not line up. They stated they would have to get back with the insurance company and ask for initial funds as the bumper they had put on my vehicle was not factory bought from Buick. My vehicle was brought back to them in August to fix this and it is now November. I am still waiting to hear from the service tech to bring my vehicle back in for the reinstall. I may not ever get this resolved but I can guarantee I won’t ever bring my vehicle back for any unrelated service and I definitely will not recommend them. FYI—I would have been ok with it taking 3 months for this new bumper if only I had been given at least 1 phone call explaining what was taking so long to get back with me.
