Got the email saying it was ready for pickup, drove the 20 miles to the store, was told there was a piece missing, would have another one in about 2 hours. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store. I have avoided going there at all if I can help it. The staff is not as knowledgeable as they try to seem. I went to get a battery for my truck, the guy said oh this is the battery you need, looked at the battery and it was opposite of what I needed. Luckily I noticed before I bought it. Their computer system is going down all the time and they say we'll you can pay cash. I don't carry cash and how can you pay cash if the computer doesn't ring anything up. This store and the people that work there are terrible. Will never go back again. I'll go to O'Reilly, they always get my orders right.

This kind of opportunistic behavior towards women is both degrading and misogynistic. She went across the street to O’Reillys. The woman behind the counter was courteous, neat well kept, and professional. She didn’t try to sell my wife anything extra. Or call her a stupid woman like the man at Advanced Auto Parts. From this point on my corporation will no longer be doing business with advanced auto parts, And the $150,000 a year I spend in parts I will take elsewhere. Remember, just because it’s a woman in front of you doesn’t mean she she’s ignorant.
