Any time I have needed help with batteries, wiper blades or what ever, a friendly employee has cheerfully volunteered to make the installation for me. prices are reasonable.

Got the email saying it was ready for pickup, drove the 20 miles to the store, was told there was a piece missing, would have another one in about 2 hours. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store. I have avoided going there at all if I can help it. The staff is not as knowledgeable as they try to seem. I went to get a battery for my truck, the guy said oh this is the battery you need, looked at the battery and it was opposite of what I needed. Luckily I noticed before I bought it. Their computer system is going down all the time and they say we'll you can pay cash. I don't carry cash and how can you pay cash if the computer doesn't ring anything up. This store and the people that work there are terrible. Will never go back again. I'll go to O'Reilly, they always get my orders right.
