Matt came to my rescue!!!! Not only was he knowledgeable about the tires...he was friendly and professional!!!!! He set my mind at ease and took care of the issue immediately.....As a woman, I was very anxious dealing with anything pertaining to my car, but Matt at Mavis Tire in Dunedin is the place to go. So glad I didn't choose to go to the dealership!!! Thx again, Matt!!!!

My experience with Mavis has been excellent so far. I feel no worries when my car is in there care. The Assistant Manager Matthew really helped me today and made me feel comfortable bringing my car here. He did an excellent job and I left Mavis feeling like I would definitely be returning and letting everyone I know to come here. My favorite thing about this experience is they didn’t try to upsell me or add things that I didn’t need. That’s a big thing for me. Thanks again Matthew I will be returning for all my car repairs.

Put in an online reservation with mavis with my tires picked out. Instead they said I was at tire kingdom across the street, which has significantly lower reviews. Apparently tire kingdom was purchased by mavris recently so when you put reservations at mavris you can end up someplace else. Tire kingdom was not ready at the time they should have been. I have been sitting in a dingy space with hard chairs for more than more than 45 minutes and they still haven't taken my car back.

DUNEDIN MAVIS LIES and DEMONSTRATES INCOMPETENCE! A few weeks ago, I purchased almost $2k in tires on my Jeep at another Mavis. This purchase included plugging my tires if needed. Recently, I got a large screw in one of my tires and drove to the closest Mavis which is in Dunedin. I called the Mavis where I purchased my tires and asked them to alert the local Mavis that I was coming to alleviate any issues. As soon as I walked in the door I was asked about having "spacers" on my Jeep. I said I have never been told that I have spacers on my Jeep and have been to Tire Kingdoms in several states, had other people work on my Jeep and just had another Mavis put tires on my Jeep and no one has ever mentioned "spacers". A female staff member was sitting where the customers sit and said she would go out back with the male staff members to check my Jeep. They looked at my Jeep and all of the employees stated that I had "spacers" and that it was corporate policy to not work on vehicles with spacers. I again reiterated that I just spent almost $2k on tires at a Mavis and it included "plugs". I stated that I didn't want to get on the road to drive almost 20 minutes away to the other Mavis to take care of the tire. I stated I was concerned about the screw shredding my new tire while driving so far away, possibly damaging my vehicle or being placed in harms way if I wrecked. The young female had been talking to me in a tone that appeared to be done so to impress her male co-workers. She sarcastically stated she could put air in my tire for me. I pointed out that the tire didn't need air because it was still inflated. She didn't expect me to match the "tone" she was speaking to me in. She took offense and I said I was speaking to her in the same manner and tone she had been speaking to me. I took my Jeep to the Mavis in Tarpon Springs (love this place). 1) Mavis in TS sprayed water on the tire and there was no air leak. (This could have been done at the one in Dunedin but 3 staff members who specialize in tires never thought of it.). 2) Mavis in TS pulled out the screw and I was blessed enough that it didn't puncture my tire in a way to damage it. 3) I had my Jeep looked at and it doesn't have "spacers" that the 3 employees at the Mavis in Dunedin stated that they personally saw. 4) I took my Jeep to other locations and had it inspected. There are no spacers on my Jeep. 5) All of my service records show there has never been spacers on my Jeep. DUNEDIN MAVIS LIES. THERE ARE NO "SPACERS" ON MY JEEP. DUNEDIN MAVIS DENIED SERVICE/REPAIR ON MY JEEP TIRE, COVERED IN MY TIRE PURCHASE AGREEMENT. DUNEDIN MAVIS EMPLOYEES ARE INCOMPETENT. AND, THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE ON LOAN FROM ANOTHER STORE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO EXAMINE WHEELS AND DO HER JOB INSTEAD OF TRYING TO IMPRESS HER MALE AUDIENCE.
